what I do

I am a graphic designer, originally from a small town in Georgia. I have spent most of my life living in Florida.

I graduated from The University of Florida in April of 2005 with a degree in Advertising, and returned back to Tallahassee to work. My post college work experience has ranged from working the morning shift at Dunkin Donuts to managing the advertising sales and marketing efforts of a suite of internationally distributed websites and magazines.

After three years in the work force, I decided to take a year off to study graphic design. I took 35 credit hours of continuing education courses from the Miami Dade College School of Entertainment and Design Technology. I paid for that experience thanks to a job being a Mac Specialist for Apple, Inc. In my free time, I volunteer at South Miami Hospital in the Media Services office.

I am proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign, have a favorite font, and have been known to edit photos for fun.
